This document will give you a basic overview of how CustomerHub works and also how it interacts with Infusionsoft.

Guidelines: how CustomerHub and Infusionsoft interact

• The best way to understand CustomerHub is to think of it as a portal for your customers to view their account and membership information.
• As a rule of thumb, all customer data is stored in Infusionsoft including contact info, subscriptions, orders, invoices, payments, and credit cards.
• All billing takes place in Infusionsoft.
• Content for customer and membership areas is stored (referenced) in CustomerHub.

In summary, CustomerHub is designed to enhance the functionality of Infusionsoft without duplicating the same features.
