Knowledge Base: Configure your CustomerHub application
The following three items are required in order to properly configure your Infusionsoft application.
- Put your Infusionsoft API key into CustomerHub
- Put your Infusionsoft merchant ID number into
CustomerHub
- Update your CustomerHub look & feel (branding)
Please refer to the step-by-step instructions below for each of the above items:
1. Put your Infusionsoft API key into CustomerHub
Please follow these steps to obtain your Infusionsoft API key:
- Login to your Infusionsoft application
- Go to the Setup Menu and click on Misc Settings
- Under Application Settings click on the Miscellaneous tab, then scroll down to the API header section (note: if you do not see this header in your application please contact Infusionsoft Support at 866.800.0004×2 and tell them you need to get API enabled)
- Specify an API Passphrase
- Select Save
- Your Encrypted API Key
should now show up in Infusionsoft

- Copy the API key from Infusionsoft and paste into the Infusionsoft API Key field in CustomerHub, then click Update Settings

2. Put your Infusionsoft Merchant ID into CustomerHub
Please follow these steps to obtain your Infusionsoft Merchant ID:
- Login to your Infusionsoft application
- Go to the Setup menu and click on Misc Settings
- Click on Order Settings
- Select the Merchant Accounts tab
- Hover over the edit button for the desired Merchant
Account you want to use for billing through CustomerHub and
determine the ID# for that Merchant Account (see graphic)

- Populate the appropriate number into Infusionsoft Merchant
ID field in CustomerHub
3. Update your CustomerHub look & feel (branding)
Please follow these steps to customize your CustomerHub look & feel:
Upload your logo
- Login to your CustomerHub application
- Go to Application and select Look & Feel tab
- Scroll down to the Logo section and click “Browse” to find your logo
- Click “Update Logo” to save
Customize your CustomerHub colors
- Login to your CustomerHub application
- Go to Application and select Look & Feel tab
- Scroll down to the Application Colors section
- Click the color picker tool to select a color for each section (alternately, if you already know your colors you can type in or paste the color # – e.g. #ffffff is white)
- Click Update Colors to save the changes
