Knowledge Base: Does CustomerHub let my customers cancel service?

No, currently CustomerHub does not allow users to cancel subscriptions.

However, if you DO want your users to be able to cancel subscriptions through CustomerHub here's an easy workaround:

Create a cancellation form inside CustomerHub

1. Create a cancellation web form in Infusionsoft (if you have multiple subscriptions you can create a checkbox for each one on the same web form)
2. Link to the web form in a custom tab page in CustomerHub (i.e. a 'Cancel Services' page for example)
