Currency Setting

As you rightly highlight throughout the Infusionsoft Community CustomerHub supports a multiple of currency symbols, many more than Infusionsoft itself.

However this is still a global setting for the application so in essence we can only work in one currency.

It would be so much more powerful if each contact/user could have a currency associated to them as an option or override to the currency setting. This would be pulled directly from an Infusionsoft custom contact field.

We have multiple merchant accounts and by only using order forms in Infusionsoft can get it to work in a psuedo multi currency mode. Our main issue is that any invoices are still worthless. If you could allow us to have a currency for each contact/user we could direct all our customers to CustomerHub to view and print their invoices with the correct currency displayed.

    Hi Arthur,

This is an interesting idea. We haven't had this suggested yet, but I will add it to the list. The only way to get around it is to have another CustomerHub application. At only $39/month it may make sense for you and it may not.. depending on the ROI.

    Nathan,

Yes we could have another application. However this would create enormous problems fensuring each customer is sent to the right CustomerHub.

Another alternative would be for you to allow within CustomerHub no currency symbol selection. Then when you have custom fields available through your merged field capability hopefully we could embed one of those in the custom area of the invoice. This would state that the "Currency of this invoice is etc.etc."

    Any further ideas?

    Thanks,

    Arthur

    Arthur,

This could potentially work... Let me add it to our list and see if there are any other ways to get around this for now.
