Subject: Support Area Just Like Customer Hub

I would LOVE IT if you could integrate the same support system that you are using for this Customer Hub support area into the application, so we can have our own branded help desk just like this one for our customers / clients. This would be very nice and make life so much easier for supporting people that have purchased our products or services through Infusionsoft. It would eliminate the need for a third party support solution.

In addition, if the support topics or support categories could be restricted based on tags, just like the page tabs in Customer Hub are now, this would be nice, then when a person visited the support area, they would only see support topics related to the products they purchased / tags that were assigned to them. Just like the tabs / pages work, you only access what areas you have available to you based on your Infusion tag.

    Hi Chris,

    We have been asked by a few of our customers for this. However, the ability to add 3rd party plugins is a feature we have to develop before allowing integrations. Since, we've already integrated it on our end I don't think it will be difficult to integrate for our customers. I can't say exactly when we could have this feature out, but we will be releasing the ability to integrate sometime in March. From there, we'll have the ability to add other integrations.
