Any chance on integrating an HTML editor instead of Textile
Textile is sooooo cumbersome to work in. Using an HTML editor would make it so much more wysywig and user-friendly. Aren't there a bunch of free solutions that could be plugged into Customer Hub? What was the rationale with going with a Textile editor?

Hi Frank,
You CAN in fact use HTML markup (and/or textile). Simply add your html code to the content box and you're good to go. We added in the html functionality shortly after launching the custom tab feature.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Kyle

Hey, thanks for the speedy reply!
I tried adding HTML and things get a little goofy on me using a cut-and paste scenario from an HTML editor.
What I'm referring to is having an actual editor inside Customer Hub in the sense that you can type, highlight, hit bold, underline, add links, add tables, etc....right in Customer Hub using an HTML editor.
Sort of like when you compose an email inside Infusion how they have an HTML editor built in. Otherwise, I need to figure out the proper code to make things work, and so far I've created a bit of a mess in my application. It would certainly make life a lot easier that way.
Also - I had you guys do my customer hub set-up and I have some questions...
1) In the settings tab - these action sets don't have any data in them: New User Action Set, Successful Payment Action, Failed Payment Action - I thought that part of the set-up was to integrate all that with Infusion?
Also, I am in correct in assuming that you would have also set-up action triggers inside infusion where something is supposed to happen for each
- New User - auto-email to invite them in - Successful Payment - receipt emailed - Failed Payment - some kind of notification to the user
2) I have some members that I would like to add so they have access to my CustomerHub member site. How do I do this? How do I manage their membership types: Free, Gold, etc...
3) How do I notify them that that they have access now (welcome email), and make sure that they have their username and password? And where is that info stored inside Infusion?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Frank,
We're going to be making some enhancements to the tabs over the next couple weeks. We didn't have adding an editor in the mix, but I'll look into it... but no promises on this release :)
Also, for your other 2 issues I'll let kyle answer.. but you might want to look at this link for registering your customers: http://support.customerhub.net/faqs/setup-tutorials/register
And here for subscription management: http://support.customerhub.net/faqs/understanding_customerhub/membe...
Let us know if you need any additional help.
