CustomerHub New Signup
Hi I have created an action that does 2 things.
Add a tag: CustomerHub Users (dont know if I need to do this or
if CH does this automatically)
Send an email: Sends an email with the users login detail - it
doesnt send this email for some reason.
It also appears that if a user already exists the password will
not be saved
and therefore not be sent in the email.
Please advise.

Hello Abraham,
Yes CustomerHub automatically adds the users to the CustomerHub Users tag, which CustomerHub created in your Infusionsoft application.
If the user has already been registered for CustomerHub, they will not be re-added. However, the password should be saved in your Infusionsoft so that you can send emails from Infusionsoft merging their login details in the email. If you have duplicaties, you'll want to merge the information and maintain the email address that CustomerHub has.

I created a new email account and everything works great except one annoying thing.
For the New User Action I entered the Id for an Action that should send an email to the new user. The action is to process an email with the login details, but no email is ever sent I have tried this with a few different emails and recently a brand new created one.
I have no idea what the error might be but it doesnt seem to actually process the Action.
Any ideas?

Hey nevermind, it did send the information to me... it only took a while for me to get it.
