How to activate/deactivate a subscription using Triggers?
Hi,
The article in the knowledge base says the following:
"If payment fails in Infusionsoft, an Infusionsoft order trigger can automatically set the subscription to 'Inactive'."
But.. I cannot work out how to activate/deactivate a subscription through an action. The only option that is remotely connected is cancel a subscription. Is this the same thing as deactivating it? Is this what I should choose on the "max retries" trigger?
I don't want to loose the records and I want it to be as easy as possible for the client to reactivate their subscription so "cancel" sounds a bit forceful.

Further to this I looked at the Infusionsoft fusebox and think that the cancel a subscription action will act as your knowledge base suggests... but it would be good to have it clarified.
