Customers can't access the site...
We keep having problems with some customers, they cannot access
the membership site. When they log in they get following
message:
The change you wanted was rejected.
Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.
We have ask them to reset browser with no avail, do you have any experience on how to solve this problem and what is causing it? I can log in okay into my account is seems to be just certain people usually browsing with IE and Chrome, Thanks, Jose

We did have an issue with some versions of IE on Windows 7 64 bit. Since the patch this last Monday those should have been fixed.
Can you verify that any haven't happened since this last Monday?

I am having the same issue. They keep telling me its fixed. Thank god I check it before I make it live because it would make my company look really bad if I offer something that does not work.

Nate,
I just had a customer complain of the same issue and tested it and got the same repsonse. Visual attached.
Can you please advise how to address. The only thing she said she did was she changed her email address (i've confirmed in infusionsoft that her details are fine).
Urgent reply is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom.

Ok. I am looking into this. Also, you may get this error if you login as admin then login as a customer without clicking the 'logout' button.

Guys.. this is my number one priority right now. I'm working on it all day today if I have to.. until I understand what is going on. I'm guessing it's a cookie handling issue. I'll also put some better error pages in place.

Ok.. I made another update to the session store tonight. I also updated some of the error pages so they aren't so generic. Please let me know if you receive any of these complaints starting tomorrow.
Thanks for your help and patience with this.
