Subject: URGENT: My username vanished.
Just tried to log into my account and it's throwing up a polite error message:
"We cannot locate your record within our system. Please give us a call."
It worked fine last week. Now there are paying customers are going through the course and I can't login to update their pages. Not cool. What's going on????

I've also clicked on a "forgot password" link and a message appeared, saying that a temporary pass will be emailed - it hasn't been.

Sorry this took longer than we anticipated. We had a duplicate record issue with Infusionsoft. The problem should be resolved now.
