I get this complaint from multiple users: When I go to the Members Only section of the web site and enter the password that was sent to me I get an error that says, “The change you wanted was rejected”. When I click the “forgot my password” link and enter my email address I get the same error.

However, when I go into my Infusionsoft, get their password, and login with their user/pass, it works for me.

I've had 2 users report this same issue within the past 3 hours.

    Hi Colin,

Hmm. Is this something that has happened since the new release, or has it always been happening?

I will look into this later today.

    Nathan,

I only had 2 complaints within a couple hours of each other yesterday, and I can't recreate it on my own. Unfortunately that's all I know.

The first complaint was Tue, Feb 2, 2010 at 10:33 AM EDT.

I will look into this today, and update you on the status. The times were shortly after we ran our update. It could have been caused from that. I'll keep you updated.

Another complaint this morning, same error: The change you wanted was rejected.

Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.

    Colin,

I have verified that the bug has to do with IE8 on Windows 7 64bit version. I am looking into a fix.

UPDATE: I just logged in with a different machine using IE8 Windows 7 64-bit version and it is working fine. Hmm... Not sure what it is. Still looking into it.

Ok.. I made another update to the session store tonight. I also updated some of the error pages so they aren't so generic. Please let me know if you receive any of these complaints starting tomorrow.

Thanks for your help and patience with this.
