HOW TO: Webform Redirect Back To CustomerHub - Read
Hi everyone I wanted to share my little discovery. I read one
idea Nathan had and implemented to myself.
So basically if you have a webform inside of CustomerHub and when
they hit the submit button they are taken outside
of CustomerHub and to another place. If you want them to be able to
submit the form and directly come back to
page which the webform is hosted in customerhub do this:
- Log-in to a regular users account (not Admin account in CustomerHub)
- Right-click on the tab which the webform is hosted on - copy the link.
- In Infusionsoft WebForm thank you page redirect them to that link/URL.
I will be using WebForms when the Merge Fields option is
available here in CustomerHub
so I just wanted to share this, hopefully others have use of
this.

Yes.. another option is that you can create a hidden tab called thank-you within CustomerHub and use that as your custom thank you page.
You can also get the URL by previewing the tab, and removing the "/admin/" from the URL.
